Paris City Council Accepts Applications for Boards and Commissions –

PARIS, TEXAS – Registered voters living in the City of Paris are needed to serve on one of five boards or commissions. The Paris City Council welcomes applications from individuals who want to help guide, shape and influence public policy.

Positions are available on the Traffic Commission, Board of Adjustment, Building and Standards Commission, Main Street Advisory Board and Historic Preservation Commission. Those who may not live in the city but own property in a historic district can also apply for a historic preservation commission.

Applications can be found online at or downloaded from
City Clerk’s Office at 150 SE 1st Street. Will be considered at this meeting
applications must be received no later than 09.00 on Wednesday 17 July.
